Hello, I am going to extend my son's study permit. I am separated for three years and living in Canada with my son. My question is what is the answer for this question: "Is your family member travelling with a parent who does not have full legal custody of them?" Also, what documents should I provide for his application? we did not go to the court, so I don't have a legal custody.
