I am in the process of extending my study permit and my wife OWP, the first time that we applied (about a year ago) we filled out the IMM5409-STATUTORY DECLARATION OF COMMON-LAW UNION form (signed by a notary).
Now for the extending purposes, do we need to fill a new IMM5409? or can I upload the same one that we use the first time we applied
