I am an Italian citizen, I have a work visa (working holiday) which expires on February 15th 2015. My partner, who has a skilled job here in Canada (italian/US CITIZEN with a working holiday as well) has a work permit for one year, so expiring in September 2015.
We have asked to a legal if I could benefit of her skilled job in order to extend my stay, and she said that I am eligible for it.
This sounds good...but seems too easy to be true.
Do you have any experience about that? Which is your opinion?
