Hi all,

Could you pls advise me: my study permit and TRV will be expired on 31 Aug 2017, I went back my country on 08 Jul 2017 and will go to Canada on 02 Aug 2017. As I know from CIC said that I need extend my study permit at least 30 days before expired date, Can I extend my study permit online when I am in my hometown ( out of Canada) ?

Thanks a lot for your help and I am looking forward hearing from you.

You can apply online from your country but i think if it is approved the study permit will be send to your address in canada

Well noted and thanks.

I want my case happen as per your advise because I will do extend my study permit online in my country and I know it has not yet approved when I go back to Canada on 2 Aug 2017.
