Extend Study Permit After Graduating

Hello,

I recently graduated with a Bachelors degree at a university and I'm looking to pursue a diploma program (Business Administration) at another University. My study permit is expiring soon. Can I just extend my current study permit like I usually do or I have to apply for a new one.
