Extend student permit

Hi. I'm an international student, I decided to drop courses and retake it the next semester because I know I will fail. So, there is a possibility that I will graduate late. How can I extend my student permit for 1 more semester and then if I graduated apply for PGWP?

If you are not full-time then you will not be eligible for a PGWP. You can only be part-time in your last semester.

Full time have a 9 credits right? Maybe I can fix that, and talk to my advisor so that every semester I have at least 9 credits

Every school is different for what full time is? If you are in the semester now, you must be full time.
