My PR card has expired, I did renew it. But I have not got it yet, it is under secondary-review. Can I use this expired PR card to send the family class sponsorship?

Does anyone successfully did it?
 
I assume you meet the residency requirement.

Yes - you can submit the family class sponsorship application. CIC may at some point freeze the processing of your family class application until your PR card is renewed.

Hi. I just wanted to know if you received an email form CIC as a result of being chosen from the sponsorship lottery 2017? I am waiting as well for an email, but haven't receive anything yet.
