Express entry

Hello everyone, i am to apply for express but i have some few questions: i will apply with my child whose father is already a PR but coundnt introduce him in his application nor declare him, can i do my application with my child alone without introducing the father as we are not together ? Note that my child has his fathers citizenship making his nationality and mine different, and would it cause a problem? Thanks in advance
