Hello, I am in desperate situation. My original NOC is 22100 ( chemical technician) and I have worked with this NOC for almost 3 years but it comes under general category and I didn't get invitation after waiting for so many months so I applied under NOC 32121(radiation technologist) as it's under healthcare. My job duties and description match with this NOC as well. I recently got the invitation but I noticed that under requirements section it says I have to provide a certificate which I don't have. My question is should I still proceed with the invitation or decline it as what if they ask for certificate. Please help
