Express Entry

Hi,

I am experiencing trouble answering this question:
Has (my name) applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? (required)

All I know was, I applied for express entry and I got an Express Entry Profile Number
but I never had an ITA (invitation to apply).

I was able to sign up at their Job Bank as well.

Will I answer NO?
