I need clarification regarding this 2 question.
Have you ever been refused refugee status , or an immigrant or permanent resident visa /or visitor or temporary resident visa to Canada or any other country?
And Have you been refused a visa or permit , denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other Country?
What clarification do you need? These are straightforward yes/no questions. Is there something about your situation that is complicating the answer?
My husband has been refused a study visa . So I'm not sure if I am to answer yes to both question or not

In that case yes for first question.
In that case yes for first question.
thanks for the response.
So what about the second question.is it also yes ?
I was once denied US visa. Marked yes for first and No for second.
guys can any one tell that what should i answer to question 'have you applied to CIC before?' while recreating profile after withdrawing the old profile. I did not receive any ITA.
What's the difference between these two questions by nature? I meant if I were once refused of a visitor/tourist/student visa, I should answer yes to both questions. Is that correct?
