NZ has been doing this scheme long time ago and Australia just follow it through 2 years ago if I am not mistaken. Well, this might ease up the processing time hopefully.

The question will be how about those people who applied before and still waiting for their applications and haven't heard anything about its status after 2 or 4 years?

The bottom line is people should not lost their hope and determination in pursuing their dreams.
