express entry work experience

i am currently studying dentistry in Egypt. The program is 5 years long and a 1 year of working at the university's hospital or at any public hospital.
the working year will be full time and paid.
can i count this year to my work experience when i apply for express entry?

To be eligible for express entry, you need one year, continuous skilled work experience in one NOC. So if you meet this then yes, you can count it.
