I am having 7+ years of experience in Software Development and landed Canada 7 months before with Intra Company transfer work permit from MNC company.
The Work permit which I landed here is for 11 months and already completed 7 months.
I want to apply for the PR in express entry, and when I check for the CRS score, with less than a year experience selection the scores is 390 and with 1 year of experience it is giving 465 points.
I heard that with this CRS points 390, if I apply now once after my experience comes to 1 year in Canada, my points will come to 450+ and there is an possibility to pick.. Is this information is correct please let me know?

You can create an express entry profile now , it is valid for a year and once you reach 12th month , system will automatically add 1 year Canadian work exp points to your profile . I hope your company has started on your WP extension process.
Yes, but you will need the full 12 months, which means that your company will have to extend your work permit. If not, 11 months will not be enough to get points.

Thanks for your Information's. Hoping for the extension... If I submit my profile, should I need to pay the fees now or during the time of pickup..?
In another case, after applying the profile, If i get back to Home country can i track with the same profile or should i need to create a new one..?
