Express entry under CEC

hello guys ,
Hope everyone is doing well
First of all , i want to thank everyone because this forum helped me by providing valuable suggestions back in 2014 when i was applying for my study permit ! Appreciate a lot.

So lets share my current situation:

I have finished 2 years college diploma on supply chain management and after graduating i have been working in a pizza pizza store as an assistant manager .My work permit has started from june 2016 and will be expiring on june 2019 .

My concern is , this particular pizza pizza store is under a franchise owner , so working here as an assistant manager will help me for getting PR under EE ( canadian experience class) ?

Does anyone has / had similar work experience?

I know assistant manager is noc job A and after adding up my ielts points,study,work experience; i have 431 points
However, want to know opinions from my fellow folks
