I got refusal for Visitor Visa - B2 to United States of America.
However I got Visitor Visa later on when I reapplied.
I also never been to US even if I got VISA.
Can you please explain me these two questions and it's answer?
1) Has Nisha Patel been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
2|) Has Nisha Patel ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:
Note: I am applying for the PR in Express Entry (CEC).

My wife was refused a visit visa for USA twice but was subsequently granted one. We have answered yes to the first question and no to the second question. Should I send a CSE?
Hi, I have the same situation. My husband had a US visitor visa denied once (he applied again and was granted after), should I answer yes to both question and use the same explanation for both on the "please provide details" box? Where should I upload the LOE since there is no placeholder in the spouse section? Thank you!
Guys i wanted advice regarding the "visa rejection" part in the statutory questions. My dad had applied for american tourist visa when i was around 5 to 6 years old (Currently 28yo) . Should i say "yes" that i was rejected visa ? also i dont have any information (documentation) as to why it was rejected.
