express entry skilled worker or self-employed

Hello guys,

i am a talented IT engineer with languages skills (french, english and arabic) , I have 5 years experience and a web marketer too working online for more than 3 years should I apply as an Engineer in my specialization or as a self employed !! any advice ?

I have some problems that I face When I submit my profile :

I get 5.5 in my IELTS , it is enough ?

What is "Language test result form or certificate number" ?

if I submit my "Language test result form or certificate number" and I take another IELTS test do I have to remake a new profile !?

I am used to receive many offers from companies in canada as IT engineer / IT security analyst by emails and linkedin .. , so I need to know what is a "valid job offer" means ?

what should I do , looking for overseas jobs in linkedin and job boards !?

I have some friends (not relatives) in Canada would that help !

any advice ?
