Express Entry - Right of Permanent Residence Fee payment online

Hi All

On March 2nd , i have got a letter in my CIC login , saying that i need to pay "Express Entry - Right of Permanent Residence Fee " . And it gives me a link to fees information webpage . but when i enter the required details of how to pay the fees , it directs me to the login page and when i login with my " GCkey " , it takes me to my application main page. There is no option on that page for the payment link on that page.

I have raised a technical question , but wanted to check if anyone else is facing this issue.
