I am new on this forum and hoping to get expert opinion on my query , I have received ITA in latest draw of 4th May ,2017 , I was filling up the information and there is an option to mention any Visa refusal in past , I had applied for a Tourist visa ( B1/B2) for USA in July , 2009 which was refused and US embassy usually don't give any specific reason for Tourist visa rejection ,
Will CIC cross check this information with US and does it has any impact on my Express Entry PR Visa application ?
Will they examine the complete information of Old application which i submitted for USA in 2009 ?
Do CIC has the access to check what information i filled in while applying for US tourist Visa? Please share if you have any idea about the background procedure and Do i have to select Yes at both statutory questions
Has *** been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
Has *** ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:
My visit visa got rejected twice, once in 2007 and once in 2014. However, I am in the US now on F1. I will mention both, obviously, but I have no reason for their rejection nor any proof in my passport or any oyher document. Would that be an issue?
Hi I have a question
I gave birth to my son in USA in 2007 I reapplied in 2013 for US visa and was rejected. Now I am completing the ITA application and answered this questions as yes. Will this affect my application process? Also will they check with US my the rejected application as the US visa officer thought I was dishonest when I applied the first time and lied about my pregnancy where we were never asked anything about.
