Hello All,

One of the questions in the Express Entry form was that if I had a sponsorship to my education requiring me to come back and apply my skills back home.

I do have such a document, however, it has been 3 years and it has not been enforced in any way.

Should I write this as No or Yes. I remember reading somewhere that if the answer is Yes, then express entry would be refused.

Appreciate the help.
