I have submitted all my required documents for my PR application (applying through EE CEC and BC PNP) and I have a question to ask, I am in a relationship with my girlfriend who is Canadian (I am a British Citizen) do I need to put her down as common law in my application or not? I am currently here on an IEC visa and now have another two year closed WP granted through BC PNP, and when I applied for the EE Pools we were no where near to being classed as 'common law' so I selected 'No' for common law questions in my EE profile, it wont let me change it now as I have been issued an ITA, do I need to worry about this? or should I explain in my LOE that we are in a relationship but she is a Canadian citizen?
In my BC PNP application I also selected 'NO' for common law as we weren't classed as common law at the time.

I´m confused about where you are in the process. Have you already submitted the complete eAPR? When? And when did you become common-law (lived together for one year)?
If you have already applied and simply want to inform IRCC about the change in your marital status, you can submit the info via webform. Include proof of her Canadian citizenship, and that will be the end of it.
If you applied but didn´t correctly indicate your status on the application, and you want to correct it, then you would do it via webform, but you would also have to explain your error.
If you haven´t actually applied yet, include her in the Additional Family Info form, along with a letter of explanation and proof of her citizenship.
