Hello All!!!!

I applied under cec in July and received my AOR in September. Than my employer sold his business and I moved to different province. I got the same profession job as soon as i moved. So my question is that can I apply under express entry while having my application under process in CEC. My new employer is willing to help me under express entry too.

Any input would be much appreciated.

since you got AOR, you don't need to apply again! changing a job and province is not an issue, i think you just need to inform them about all that.

Express entry is a pre-qualification process that requires selection by CIC before you proceed to apply to one of the existing economic class programs (e.g CEC, FSW...) So, if you are lucky enough to get invited to apply under EE, if you wanted to apply through CEC again, you'd probably have to withdraw the first application. (I wouldn't recommend it). If you wanted to apply through another program (e.g. FSW, FST) then you could probably continue with both applications. Those are details we don't know yet, tho.

Does this mean that if pass through EE selection, we still need to go through CEC process as well?

Yes. EE is not a program. It is an 'application management system.'
