Hi All,

I am on Closed Work permit (LMIA) and planning to create EE profile(inland), but have below questions :

1. Can I claim the points for “Have a valid job offer supported by LMIA” as I am already working on a LMIA based closed WP.
2. If so, to claim these LMIA based points, would the employment agreement sufficient or would I need to secure another offer or LMIA ? (below URL is stating something like this.)
