Express Entry profile status: Processing updates

Hello Everyone.

I had created my express entry profile in September 2016. I updated my profile in November to match the new rules. After I had submitted the changes the status of my application changed to "Processing updates". This status hasn't changed till today. I understand that it takes 48 hours for the changes to reflect and the profile to change, but it has been more than 3 weeks. As a result to which I am not even able to open my application or make any changes to it. I have tried submitting technical query as well as have send email to IRCC regarding same, still haven't heard from them.
Has anyone encountered such a issue? Can anyone suggest any solution

Sorry, most people have resolved this by creating a new profile. Good luck!

Thanks for replying.

So you mean create a new GC Key and then link the existing express entry profile to it?. I can't create a new express entry profile because I am not able to withdraw the current one( which is stuck in limbo) .
