However, my express entry profile will expire in next 4 weeks (Feb 7 2017), which means if I didnt get ITA by then all my efforts and amount I paid will go unfruitful.

Based on the trend, the next round of invite would most probably be on January 18th. Once you get an ITA (since you already have the nomination from OINP) your profile will not expire (unless and until you do not submit your eAPR or decline the invite post the original expiry date of your profile).
