Express Entry profile expires in a month - have ITA + PNP

Hi all,

please help!

My express entry profile expires on June 25, 2020. I have Ontario nomination and ITA but I dont have medicals because of Coronavirus lockdown.
Could you please let me know what to do in this situation?
