Hi all,
I forgot to register for job bank after creating a profile for express entry. the time was 30 days. Now it is not letting me to register for job bank. And on my cic account the express profile status is ineligible.
Can some one tell how can I get my express profile activated?
if some one can provide the contact email address of CIC that will be great. thanks

You may need to withdraw that profile or delete it (whichever option it gives) and create a new one. Make sure you register this time............

Hi thank you for the reply. I can not find any option which says delete profile or withdraw. In my dashboard there is no option.
