Express entry profile creation

Hello All,

please suggest me.
my age 35, 12 years IT experience, WES evaluation done for me and my spouse. IELTS - 8 for both of us.

crs score is 409. Please let me know if I can create an express entry profile. If yes, what are the chances of getting an ITA?

if not, what are the other options that I have?

Scores are 470+ so you will not get an invitation. Look at provincial nomination programs & see if your NOC is on in-demand lists.
