When i applied for my study visa after 12th grade i had 3 years study gap. So my agent covered that gap using a computer diploma. I am post ITA stage now but i am confused how do i mention that diploma in my profile. Moreover, do i have to mention in both education history and personal history? Or just personal history is fine.
Any advise would be appreciated.

Am I the only one feeling that this is a misrepresentation. or maybe I am wrong. Let's hope some experts or folks who went through a similar situation answer this. @Bacelor you know about this situation? your opinion is required , Thanks

Yes you aren't claiming the CRS so it comes under eligibility check. and this will be fine.
There were many cases where IRCC found misrepresentations after many years. Recently it was a filipino health care worker. I hope you read this recently
Yu can show it as it was shown back then, and that's the right way, since this is PR application, there will be background checks which wasn't a big deal for IRCC back when you were applying for a student visa. I believe you know about the Background checks. IRCC or any agencies of any countries can do an intense background check. It's not Canada alone. The personal history is what the background checks covering. One rotten apple is enough, one silly lie can ruin a life.
Maybe you will be fine in getting approved. But it's better to be honest for a peaceful life after getting the PR status. You're the applicant that signs the declaration for the application.
Let's hope everything will be fine. Good luck OP
