I have the proof of funds requirement in full and more. At the same time, I have some investments in my employer's stocks, mutual funds investments and property investments. I know CIC mentions that we cannot use them as proof of funds since they're not liquidated. Regardless, shall I declare them in my application or not considering that I cannot liquidate them at all.
Also, I have one more question, my brother is signing a self declaration letter to certify that he gifted me money. Shall I attach the letter with the LOE (which will include the proof of transfer, his passport copy and ID copy)? Or the POF document?
