Express entry points

My wife is an international student in Ontario. I am working here in Canada under spousal work permit more than one year. Will I get 50 points for the express entry .Does this work experience has to be exactly under NOC category which I am applying? Thank you

As long as it is paid and skilled work experience NOC 0,A,B you can use it to claim points for Canadian work experience.

If those 50 points you're talking about are for a valid job offer then you'd have to do your research as to what constitutes a valid job offer.
