Express Entry Points (How to Check)

Hello All,

I have a Question, I have done my Masters from Canada, but my Work Experience full time counts to 11 months, so I am not getting the required points for cut-off, I am getting around 436 points from the CIC calculator,

I am trying to apply for FSW program, I heard there is a criteria for relatives in this category, how do i calculate my points ? What is your best suggestion for me to do.

I am not in Canada anymore, I came back to my country in 2015, is there any other option ?

I did work Freelance on upwork in Canada.
