express entry points calculation

Hi I need a help, I want to calculate my express entry point before I apply for same.

I am not sure what to select in the education column for points calculation there are two options
1. Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute
2. Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

I have assessed my 3 years Indian bachelors degree and got an equivalency of four years bachelors degree from WES, Thereafter i have completed two years degree in global business management in Canada. Please ADVISE.
