I am completely newbie here and in immigration matters.
My name is Akmal and I am 31 years old and I have a wife and baby boy (1 year old). We are from Uzbekistan (Central Asia).
We decided to move to Canada. I have calculated my scores using CRS tool. According to preliminary forecast, minimum score we can get is 410 and maximum 476. Everything will depend on IELTS we are planning to take on October 8, 2016. I will actually turn 31 on November 1st 2016. In order to score 470 or more I will need to be super clever guy and get all 8s or even 9s. I have good command of English and earlier successfully took TOEFL tests and converting my scores to IELTS I got 8s roughly. However, even in case if I get 475, there's still no guarantee that we can move to Canada. This is based on statistical data on draws provided by CIC. I have already made ECA (credentials evaluation) and I have master's degree (verified by WES).
What could guarantee our immigration is Provincial Nomination! This is straight 600 points. Jackpot for us
So, my question is: How does it work? Suppose I create EE profile and have score 420. I want to move to Ontario (Toronto) and required score is 400 (minimum).
What are my further actions? What are milestones of the process? What about times for different actions?
