Express entry or Arrima? i got an invitation Urgent!

Greetings,
I have got invited for arrima last week and my score was 661 for Arrima but my score for Express entry is 484 now I have 2 choices
1- accept Arrima invitation and pay 844$ and start the process.
2- wait until Express entry scores get reduced to 485 maybe in January 2023 and then apply.
* i might get an invitation from Ontario or Alberta within the next 4 months.

What should i do? Accept arrima and wait for EE and apply for both EE/Arrima at the same time? or Avoid Arrima and just wait for the EE?

- IELTS CLB 10
- TCF CLB 9 oral/listening
- Post gradate degree
- age 30
- NOC 2174

How important is PR to you?

If it's important, go for the sure thing. You have no idea if and when the scores will drop that low for Express Entry. IRCC could also change the program to something that is NOC specific and you have no idea if your NOC would be on the list.

What did you decide to do? BTW what's the process of creating a profile with a score in Arrima? You choose a program and fill out the application on Arrima?
