I'm currently working and residing in Quebec 14 months, Prior to that I have worked in Ontario for 4 months. Mine is employer specific Closed work permit.I have received my ITA under CEC class. My question is, Do i have to submit any documents to prove my ' Intent to reside outside Quebec along with other EE documents ? is the mandatory to submit the 'Intent to reside outside Quebec document unless VO asks for it ? Please let me know.

If you are still living and working in Quebec at the time you apply, then yes, you should be expecting they will ask you for evidence that you will live outside of the province of Quebec.
Were you able to get through the processes. I have applied for PR in CEC as well and I had worked only in Montreal, quebec due to same reason , employer specific and location specific work permit. I received the request letter to prove my intent to reside outside of Quebec.
I had returned to my home country after closing my assignment in November 2020 and applied as Outland applicant.

Hi @nitwooff , I was applying from outside of canada as I moved out after I got 1 year canadian experience .
So In LOE I stated that I intentionally moved out of quebec to get PR , also I stated about language barrier and opportunities as well.
I included my return travel tickets to prove I left canada and Indian salary slips from November 2020 to till date.
