Reading the Nova Scotia Express Entry Application Guide they state that you should nor apply if your spouse is a Canadian Citizen. Is this the case for all provinces? Why is this the case?
Presumably in that case, they'd rather have an applicant like that apply for PR through family sponsorship rather than give up a provincial nomination.
Do you know if it's the same for other provinces?
