Express entry from Quebec with a valid CSQ.!

Hello Everyone,

I have an invitation and am ready to submit my documents for express entry. Here is the situation.
I live in Montreal, Quebec and have a job in IT but I completed my masters in Business Management. I am unable to secure jobs in consulting here and I will move to Toronto now. I don't know a single work of French.
I applied for CSQ while I was studying and I didn't know that jobs are that tough here if you don't speak French.
Now as I am applying under express entry from quebec and I already have a CSQ issued.

So, I have an explanation written already and I have mentioned that how and why I applied for CSQ and also I have mentioned that I have already filled an application to give up my CSQ and also I am attaching this give up application with my letter of explanation.

Please advise, what's the best that I shud do in this situation ?
