Express entry for security officer

Hello,

My friend had applied for Canadian immigration under express entry program. After application was filed, he got the job as a government security officer. Recently he got the letter from Canadian Embassy saying that he is eligible to apply . Will he have any challenges in getting the Visa since he is currently working as a security officer?.
