Express Entry File Submition 2020

Hi all,
Kindly guide me as i'm in a dilema.
I am having CRS score of 410 ,knowing it won't be sufficient for FSW draw , Should i still apply for express entry and PNP as they take more time and are more unpredictable ,If yes what are my chances of getting NOI in 10-12 months with NOC 4021 and 42 months of work experience.

PNP is pretty much your only option. Recent rounds cutoffs have been 470+.

Thanks for your reply , But is there any good chance of getting NOI without JOB letter after waiting all that while

One cannot speculate which jobs will be in demand and receive NOI. They do these draws few times a year, so if your NOC is in demand, they will invite you.

One more thing ,I've got Masters in Chemistery as my education qualification however I'm working as an IELTS trainer for past 2 years my doubt is will it impact my PNP application in any manner
