Express entry enquiry FSW - Met CEC - Not Met

Hi All,

I have sent my express entry application to the pool,
FSW - Met
PNP - Not Met
CEC - Not Met
FST - Not met

I have an IELTS score of 7.5 GT (i do not have Canadian work experience) but my CEC criteria says not met... do we need both Canadian work exp and IELTS for CEC to be met or any one will be fine ?

You need Canadian experience to qualify for CEC. IELTS is for all categories.
