Eligibility: "Review Required" (due to Criminality as informed by agent)
Criminality: In progress
Security: Not started

Submitted PCC for spouse and primary applicant.
We are residing in Canada since April 2018 and have a clean record in and out of the country.
Is anyone aware as to why Eligibility is " under review " cause of criminality?

If there's a criminality issue that results in inadmissibility - then you would not be eligible to immigrate and become a PR.

I would recommend ordering your GCMS notes to see the details.

We are already in Canada. There wasn’t an issue with criminal records when we applied for study permit and work permit. We don’t have any criminal records. Even the pcc we obtained shows that we don’t have any criminal records. What can be the possible reasons why criminality is under review?

Spoke to another agent today and the Review required is due to a previous Canada student visa denial. Is there anyone with similar issues?
