Could anyone please advise us on the difference between these three questions on CRS Tool?
1)Enter the highest level of education for which you:
earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate; or
had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) if you did your study outside Canada. (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)
2)Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?
3)Choose the best answer to describe this level of education.

I have a masters degree from India (not evaluated by WES) and also have completed a Masters degree from a university in Canada. What would be my responses then?
I dont know why I feel the three questions are same. Please answer in detail.

1- enter the highest qualification that you have converted or was completed in Canada.
In this case, you can only use your Canadian degree as you haven't converted your Indian masters
2- have you got a Canadian degree
Yes, you have
3- what level is this highest education?
Bachelor's degree, I assume
