Express Entry.. Choosing education in profile.

Hi,

I recently done with ECA. I had done Master of Science in Information technology (2 years) and I have received Candian equivalency as Post- bachelor Diploma (Two years). Now while filling EE profile there is either a option of Graduation or Master Degree. (Not able to see any in between option). Does it mean, Can i choose master Degree in Express Entry profile ?
