Hello,

I have applied for OINP International Student stream yesterday and would get my supporting documents for PNP soon. I'll also be eligible for CEC under EE soon. If I submit my paper-based PNP PR application to IRCC, will that make me ineligible for EE CEC? Can I apply both and withdraw from one of them after I get confirmation?
