Express entry Canadian experience class, work experience

I am planning to apply in canadian experience class since I am working in an eligible position, but my question is if I leave this job before getting one year experience and get another similar job like this, does my work experience still count from the previous job?? Can I combine previous and current job experience?? Even after leaving the previous job??
