So you need to wait for immigration from those two countries. How long it takes is not known but this is not an IRCC issue.

The expected wait time for Express entry based on IRCC's SLA is 6 months. If they process you faster, all good, if not - wait.

Lower your expectations and wait for a couple of months. Also, research what IRCC does to process your application, that'll help you set reasonable expectations of processing time.

I used my account statement here in UK. I'm only scared of the work references from my home country because most of the company's don't have address and official email
