Asking for a friend. He applied for his PR via express entry and has been waiting for over 8 months. He was last notified that his application has been transferred to New Delhi Visa office since he is from Gurgaon. Is this normal? Anyone else here whose application for transferred to NDVO? How long does it take for PPR? Lastly, I thought that all express entry applications were processed in Ottawa - Is this not true?
