Express entry applicant in Canada and spouse in home country

I have checked the eligibility for CEC EXPRESS ENTRY and I have enough points to get invitation but my concern is, I have already applied for my spouse visa(sowp) in March (result yet to come). So can I attached my spouse name in express entry CEC pool? Tough I am in canada and spouse in India

I didn't make the profile yet but before make it I just wanted to be sure that, if I add my spouse name in the profile and after getting invitation for PR, it won't be any problem because she is in India and I am in Canada and her sowp is in applied status.

She must but included in your EE profile and it doesn’t effect the SOWP.

I haven't made a profile yet but my points are going to be more than 430 without my wife's ietls and eca. Is it mandatory for us to put my wife ECA ? Because latest draw was near 380-390 and as I said my score is 430+.
So what would you suggest?

You can put her as unaccompanying.

But I want her to get PR with me. So is it possible I add her as accompanying dependent(she is in ) without her ietls and EACs and me being in .

What will your score drop to without her IELTS or ECA.

You said your score alone was 410 so if for 410 then you should be okay.

That is why I hav started this thread to have others opinions on this from their experience
