Hi All

I got my IELTS result - overall 6.5 bands and L & R -6 and W & S - 6.5

Already have WES - ECA report with me - I have 13 years experience in Project accountant and Project finance controlling - Age is 34 ,can anyone please advice - which PNP is better to apply without job
and also how I can get job for PNP program from India
